Performance
The SAPA 4150 SSG has stub profiles in several dimensions to withstand high loads. The profile width is 50 mm, and the stub profile depth varies between 35-300 mm. The system is available in both 2 glass and 3 glass variants, where 2 glasses has a thickness of 26-40 mm (with 6 mm outer glass) and 3-glass has a thickness of 41-56 mm (with 6 mm external glass). The glass is built around a insulating pane with warm edge and a customised mounting profile for the attachment fittings.
The system is made of Hydro CIRCAL, an aluminium with at least 75 % recycled material, and can be complemented with openable units. Insulation is improved with a PVC-based insulating step, which is available in several variants depending on the desired U-value. Hinged and sliding doors can be easily connected for increased flexibility.
Thermal performance
The system has a Ucw of 0.8 W/m²K, with glass Ug = 0.6 W/m²K and a profile share of 5 %.

Design
The system offers a wide range of core profiles in several depths. I and T profiles allows great freedom in interior design, and the system supports structural glazing for a modern and seamless façade design. Completion with openable units can be done easily and smoothly.
Low carbon footprint
SAPA 4150 SSG is manufactured by Hydro CIRCAL, an aluminium with at least 75 % recycled construction products. With a carbon footprint of only 1.9 kg of CO2 per kg of aluminium this is one of the most durable aluminium solutions on the market.
