MC Fire Roof

MC FIRE ROOF is a fire protection systems for roof lights with REI45 fire rating according to PN-EN 13501-2:2016-07. The system combines safety and aestheticsmaking it an ideal solution for buildings with high fire protection requirements.

System characteristics:

• Fire classification: REI45
• Load-bearing structure:
  • Posts/rafters and beams/purlins reinforced with aluminium cores and fire protection inserts
  • Posts and beams joined together with specially designed stainless steel pins
• Glass and dimensions:
  • Maximum glass surface: 1300 × 2400 mm (EI30)
  • Glass thickness: 40-66 mm
  • Possibility of non-rectangular glass
• Roof pitch and design:
  • Can be installed on slopes from 0° to 80°
  • Double roof pitch possible, and integration with vertical facade sections (knee wall solution)
• Profiles and aesthetics:
  • Poles/rafters: Depth from 104 to 326 mm (depending on strength calculations)
  • Beams/purlins: Depth from 88 to 294 mm
  • Wide range of cover profiles and ceiling mouldings for a stylish design
