EN 90

The FR90 is a fire protection system with thermal insulation for both indoor and outdoor installations. The system offers EI30, EI60, EI90 and EI120 fire ratings for walls and EI30, EI60 and EI90 for doors.

  • For EI30: Centre chamber filled with gypsum-based filler elements
  • For EI60 and above: All chambers filled with plaster
• Installation depth: 90 mm, compatible with The STAR system
• Filling options:
  • Triple glazing (20-69 mm)
  • Panel folding (60 mm):
    • Mineral wool-filled panels (Uᵖ = 0.57 W/m²K)
    • Gypsum-filled panels
• Types of construction: Single and double doors, fixed glazing
• Maximum dimensions:
  • Solid walls (single glazing): 6000 × 3000 mm
  • Single-leaf doors: 1650 × 2870 mm
  • Double-leaf doors: 3170 × 2870 mm
• Locks and fittings:
  • Single and multi-point locks, electric strikes, panic exit devices
  • Cover plate hinge, roller hinge, Inox hinge
• Other functions:
  • Options with and without threshold
  • Door kick protection (high plinth)
