EN 65

FR65 is a fire protection system with thermal insulation, designed for indoor installations. The system is based on the FR65 platform and has fire class EI30 and EI60 for both walls and doors.

System characteristics:

• Installation: Indoors
• Profile construction: Symmetrical design with a centre chamber filled with gypsum-based filler elements
• Installation depth: 65 mm, compatible with Imperial and Ecofutural-system
• Filling options: Double glazing (17-25 mm) or plaster-filled panels (17 mm)
• Types of construction: Single and double doors, fixed glass panels
• Maximum dimensions:
  • Fixed walls EI30: 4930 × 3104 mm
  • Fixed walls EI60: 4930 × 2904 mm
  • Single-leaf doors: 1400 × 2500 mm
  • Double-leaf doors: 2690 × 2500 mm
• Locking: Single and multi-point locks, electric strikes, panic exit devices
• Other functions:
  • Hinges with cover plates
  • Options with and without threshold
  • Door kick protection (high plinth)
  • Optimised profiles for easier manufacturing
  • Acoustics: Sound insulation up to 37 dB for doors and 33 dB for plaster-filled panels
