Here we present visualisations and drawings of the system. This gives a clear picture of the design, structure and functionality of the system.

Briefly about Sapa Door EI30 with flue gas density SA/S200

Insulated doors and door sections with 30 minutes fire resistance and cold flue gas tightness (Sa) or hot flue gas (S200) with full glass, full infill, combination of glass and infill, with or without glazing bars. The doors can be fitted with door leaf profiles for modular profile locks or narrow profile locks and can be equipped with door closers, door automatics, electric strikes, drop locks, panic hardware and anti-crushing devices. The doors can also be made in a "Plus" version for even better sealing performance. Doors can be combined with burglar resistance requirements to a certain extent.

Doors/door sections with smoke gas density Sa/S200
Please note the dimensional limitations depending on the design. All doors can be made as inward- or outward-opening and can be used inside or outside.

Single door: Max door leaf size B=1350 and H (Sa)=2928 mm/ H (S200)=2250 mm.

Pair of doors: Max recommended door leaf size total B=2365 and H (Sa)=2928 mm/ H (S200)=2250 mm. Max door leaf width active/passive door leaf: W=1331/1029 mm. Min door leaf width: W=298 mm

Angled fanlights possible for single or double doors.

Thresholds
The doors can be fitted with or without a threshold in several different designs.
Requirements for S200 imposes some restrictions on threshold choices.

Sound reduction
If sound reduction is required, there are variants of laminated sound reduction glass among the approved glasses. Up to approx. Rw = 42 dB.

Glass and fillings
Fire-resistant structures must always be constructed with fire-resistant glazing or infills approved by the building system. The fire glazing can be combined with burglar- and sound-resistant glass, and up to 3-glass for low U-values. Max nominal glass thickness 49 mm.

Clamp protection
The doors can be equipped with surface-mounted finger guards on the hinge side and opposite hinge side. It is a mechanical clamping protection of the Athmer Fingerschutz type that is mounted on the rear edge of the door with a strong fabric that is rolled out/in an aluminium profile under constant spring tension.
- Note: integrated anti-slam edge with rubber strips is not approved in fire rated doors.

Burglary protection
.
Door 2086 EI30/ EI230 with flue gas density Sa can be performed up to RC3.
Door 2086 EI30/ EI230 with flue gas density S200 can be performed up to RC2.

Other. Please note that the maximum dimensions are conditional on total weight, area, opening frequency, etc. Architectural support for more information.
