Modular Facade

This system is designed to create vertical external facades with high thermal performance. It consists of prefabricated aluminium frames with glass or other infill, which are assembled on site with joints sealed with EPDM gaskets.

• The segments can be single or double (with centre pole), reducing the total installation time
• Can be integrated with Aliplast window and door systems
• Possibility to install sun protection systems such as blinds and shutters on the inside of the façade profiles
• Profiles can be reinforced with aluminium or steel parts for added strength
• High density thanks to EPDM gaskets, with four sealing barriers at segment joints
• Effective thermal insulation through 42 mm polyamide or Noryl insulation inserts and insulation material between them
• Full workshop preparation, where the segments are attached to the primary structure of the building with adjustable aluminium and stainless steel brackets, the attachment of which is analysed by a qualified engineer
