Briefly about Inferno monorail

INFERNO MONORAIL is a modern system that combines improved thermal insulation with a slim and stylish design. Thanks to deep frame and arch profiles with new insulating bridges, the system meets the latest requirements for energy efficiency, acoustics and safety. Innovative solutions, such as concealed fitting technology and a unique weight transfer directly to the carriages, allow even very heavy arches of up to 600 kg to move stably and smoothly. Despite its robust design, the system has a lightweight and elegant appearance, with minimised arch overlaps that maximise light transmission. Single and double glazing options, external glazing and different track configurations make the system very flexible. With a wide range of colours and design options, INFERNO MONORAIL offers a complete solution for both function and aesthetics.

INFERNO MONORAIL is a modern lifting and sliding system with improved thermal insulation, developed for large glazed areas in residential and public buildings. The system has a frame depth of 200 mm and an arch depth of 90 mm, corresponding to the installation depth of the Genesis 90 window system. The profiles are equipped with insulating bridges of new dimensions - 80 mm in the frame and 65 mm in the sash - which give the system very high insulating capacity.

The system uses a unique double closure seal solution, which improves tightness, acoustics and thermal performance. Despite the large installation depth, INFERNO MONORAIL retains a slim and elegant aesthetic, with the arch overlap being only 100 mm compared to the previous 112 mm. The arches are sized for glass cassettes up to 71 mm and can support a weight of up to 600 kg.

An innovative solution directs the full weight of the infill directly to the carriages and on to the rail and frame, providing a smoother operation. As a novelty, the hooks and pegs are hidden in the arch, while the hook bars in the frame can be supplied in an anodised finish or in the same colour as the joinery. The system is also compatible with traditional fittings.

INFERNO MONORAIL is designed as a double track system with the possibility of increasing the number of tracks. It is also available in versions with a lift-and-slide sash, the second part of which is fixed in the frame. Thanks to the uniform sash depth of the Genesis 90 system, fixed sections can be combined with side-hung or tilt/slide sashes from Genesis 90. Glazing can be done from the outside, which is an advantage when installing large and heavy glass sections.

The system is adapted to the latest thermal insulation, aesthetic and safety requirements. It can be used with both single and double glazing and makes it possible to install large glazed areas that allow generous light penetration, facilitate interior planning while maintaining stability, functionality and lightness of construction. Maximum dimensions are 3000 mm in height and 3000 mm in width per sash (Sobinco).

INFERNO MONORAIL is offered in a wide range of colours and finishes: the full RAL palette (Qualicoat 1518), textured paints, Aliplast Wood Colour Effect (wood imitation), Aliplast Loft View (stone imitation, Qualideco PL-0001), anodised colours (Qualanod 1808) and two-tone options.
