Sandwich Mounting System is a technically developed solution for the installation of windows and doors in sandwich panels. The system consists of aluminium profiles that enable easy and safe installation of various types of windows and doors from the Aliplast system (Genesis 75, Superial, Imperial, Star) in buildings constructed with sandwich panels in thicknesses from 60 to 250 mm.
The construction is designed for simplicity and agility, with mounting angles and cover profiles simply snapping into special clamping strips. A specially designed frame covers the edges of the panels after the window or door has been fitted, eliminating the need for extra finishing. This makes seals and connections, for example at the threshold and wall, both aesthetically pleasing and functional - from both inside and outside the building.
The system allows for installation without any screws or rivets, raising the aesthetic level of the end result and providing a clean, modern finish. Thanks to its smart design and user-friendly installation, the Sandwich Mounting System is particularly suitable for industrial and commercial buildings, such as production halls and warehouses.
