The profile width is <strong>50 mm<\/strong>, and the stub profile depth varies between <strong>35-300 mm<\/strong>. The system is available in both <strong>2 glass and 3 glass variants<\/strong>, where <strong>2 glasses<\/strong> has a thickness of <strong>26-40 mm<\/strong> (with 6 mm outer glass) and <strong>3-glass<\/strong> has a thickness of <strong>41-56 mm<\/strong> (with 6 mm external glass). The glass is built around a <strong>insulating pane with warm edge<\/strong> and a <strong>customised mounting profile<\/strong> for the attachment fittings.<\/p>\n<p>The system is made of <strong>Hydro CIRCAL<\/strong>, an aluminium with at least <strong>75 % recycled material<\/strong>, and can be complemented with openable units. Insulation is improved with a <strong>PVC-based insulating step<\/strong>, which is available in several variants depending on the desired U-value. Hinged and sliding doors can be easily connected for increased flexibility.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Thermal performance<\/strong><br \/>\nThe system has a <strong>Ucw of 0.8 W\/m\u00b2K<\/strong>, with <strong>glass Ug = 0.6 W\/m\u00b2K<\/strong> and a profile share of <strong>5 %<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Density performance<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Airtightness:<\/strong> Class <strong>A4<\/strong> according to EN12152.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Watertightness:<\/strong> Class <strong>RE1200<\/strong> according to EN12154.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Resistance to wind load:<\/strong> <strong>2000 Pa<\/strong> according to EN13116.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Design<\/strong><br \/>\nThe system offers a wide range of core profiles in several depths. <strong>I and T profiles<\/strong> allows great freedom in interior design, and the system supports <strong>structural glazing<\/strong> for a modern and seamless fa\u00e7ade design. Completion with openable units can be done easily and smoothly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Low carbon footprint<\/strong><br \/>\nSAPA 4150 SSG is manufactured by <strong>Hydro CIRCAL<\/strong>, an aluminium with at least <strong>75 % recycled construction products<\/strong>.
